Queensland

Safety Certificates & Roadworthy Certificates.

Need a roadworthy certificate?

We are a Qld Transport Approved Inspection Station, which means we can check that your car complies with Qld Transport safety standards and issue you the relevant certificate before the vehicle sale or registration of your car.

During the safety inspection, we look at all aspects that could affect the safety of your car, including brakes, tyres, steering, suspension, windscreen, lights and body damage or rust.

A standard safety inspection will only tell you if you are compliant with QLD Transport safety standards and will not tell you if your car has any mechanical or other problems.

If you want complete peace of mind (or want to make your car more attractive to potential buyers), combine your safety certificate check with one of our pre-purchase inspections.

Remember, if you are selling your car, you must have a Qld Safety Certificate from the moment it is offered for sale (unless you are selling your car unregistered or are trading it to a dealer).

Pre-purchase

Vehicle Inspections.

Is the car you are buying a gem or a lemon? The only way to know for sure is with a thorough and detailed pre-purchase inspection, where we go over the car with a fine-toothed comb as if we were buying it for one of our own family.

With a Classy Cars pre-purchase inspection, we complete a thorough 140-point check and will give you a comprehensive report on the condition of all the major systems in the car. We will also give you an estimate of the cost and the priorities for any car repairs.

That way, you know what you are getting yourself into before you part with your hard-earned cash or put the safety of yourself, friends, and family on the line.
